I received your loving letter and parcel

August 28th 1915

Dear Mother

I received your loving letter and parcel with which I was very pleased. I also received the ciggies that you sent. I was sorry to hear that Harry had been stopped from his work tell Dad he meant setting Harry up with tobacco especially the twist he was acting at chewing it. When you write back let me know how cousin Jack is getting on if he is out of hospital yet. I hope it ain’t my lot to get like that. Algy and Will Cave wish to be remember to you and receive the best of love from your loving son,

George

I am sending you a card
